A. Load requirements
1) Never exceed the maximum load-bearing capacity indicated by the manufacturer. Overloading can cause deformation, cracking, detachment of wheel cores, or damage to bearings.
2) It is also necessary to consider that the dynamic impact force generated by the equipment during movement, turning, passing over uneven roads, or starting/stopping may be much greater than the static weight. When choosing wheels, leave some margin.
3) Ensure that the total weight of the equipment is evenly distributed to all wheels to avoid overloading individual wheels.
B. Ground conditions
1) 4 "x 1-1/4" Black Polyurethane Whee is suitable for smooth, flat hard surfaces such as epoxy flooring, ceramic tiles, cement flooring, and wooden flooring. Avoid long-term use on rough, sharp gravel, severely cracked, or unpaved surfaces, as this can accelerate wear and tear.
2) Keep the ground clean and free of hard debris such as gravel and metal shavings, which can embed into the wheel surface and accelerate wear or scratch the ground.
3) Avoid contact with strong acids, alkalis, solvents, oils, or other chemicals that may corrode or swell polyurethane. If in contact, clean immediately.
C. Speed and operation
1) Avoid driving at high speeds or making sharp turns, especially under heavy loads. High speeds can increase centrifugal force, which may cause wheel deformation, overheating, or damage to bearings. Sharp turns will increase the lateral stress on the wheel rim.
2) Maintain stability when pushing the device, avoiding forceful pushing, pulling, or hitting obstacles.
D. Installation and maintenance
Ensure that the wheel axle size matches the wheel core hole accurately, using appropriate washers and fasteners (such as anti loosening nuts). After installation, the wheels should be able to rotate freely and smoothly without any jamming or swinging.
E. Regularly check the wear level of the wheel surface, especially the edges; Check for cracks, cuts, or permanent deformation at the junction of the wheel surface, rim, and core; Check whether the wheels rotate flexibly and have no abnormal noise; Check if the wheel axle nuts and other fasteners are loose. Regularly remove tangled ropes, hair, or adhered dirt from the wheels
