1. Load and usage environment control
1) Load limit
Static load: Single wheel <= 300 kg (if the wheel material is high hardness 95A polyurethane)
Dynamic load: Single wheel <= 100 kg (safety margin needs to be reserved for impact force during movement)
Overload risk: Overloading by more than 10% may cause permanent deformation of the polyurethane layer, while overloading by 30% may lead to delamination of the interface between the iron core and the polyurethane.

2. What should be noted when operating the 4 Inch Gray Polyurethane Wheel
1) Mobile speed and stability
Speed limit: Straight line movement <= 8 km/h, must be reduced to <= 3 km/h when turning
High speed sharp turns can easily cause wheel flange tearing due to centrifugal force (gray polyurethane hardness is usually 80A-95A, and high hardness brittleness increases).
2) Temperature adaptability
Working temperature: -30 ℃ to+40 ℃
Low temperature warning: Polyurethane becomes brittle when <= -10 ℃, it needs to be preheated and run for 5 minutes without load before loading
High temperature warning: When the temperature is >= 60 ℃, the dynamic load should be reduced to 70% of the nominal value (high temperature softening reduces the bearing capacity).
